ABOUT US

 The Company “Lilo-1” was founded in 2006 and currently is the largest warehouses and logistic center throughout the Caucasian region. The company’s territory is divided into two main zones: the customs (licensed) warehouse zone and non-customs warehouse zone. The total territory covers 230,000 sq.m. and the warehouse space – 95,000 sq.m.

 

Three types of warehouses are placed in the territory:

-Dry 
-Refrigerated +15 c0; -28 c0
-Pharma +2 c0; +24 c0
-Parking for trucks and motorcars for distribution
-Railway freight wagon access
-Office space
-Café

The company strategy is to develop the warehouse and logistic resources and introduce cutting-edge electronic products. The service and infrastructure are continuously improved through modern standards
Throughout a year the company serves up to 3000 customers, including up to 400 corporate clients. Technical resources enable to handle minimum 10 000 tons cargo monthly

ADVANTAGES

The Company “Lilo-1” is the third independent party which is not involved in any kind of import or export operations. Consequently, there cannot exist any conflict of interests with customers and full confidentiality of information is ensured

Location - “Lilo-1” is located in the industrially developed part of Tbilisi where main logistic hubs are concentrated:

Kakheti highway – 1.5km

Central railway freight station – 0.6 km

Tbilisi international airport – 3 km

E-TRADE 

1. E-Trade - After registration at E-Trade a customer can place an announcement of the products for sale at the “Lilo-1” web-portal (in the respective E-Trade section) and upload photos, indicate price, product description, manage the ad panels etc.

IT INFRASTRUCTURE

The company has introduced electronic billing and provides electronic registration of all services thus minimizing human factor errors and facilitates service operations. Introduction of billing has promoted development of new electronic products and can be synchronized with the electronic operational systems of other companies
